To the fullest extent permitted by law, Menovia™ shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform. Use is at your own risk.

8. Termination

Menovia™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at its discretion if these Terms are violated.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

10. Payments, Free Trial, and Subscriptions

Menovia™ may offer a three-day free trial. After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at $14.99 per billing cycle unless canceled. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
